Changing Payment method

I'm attempting to change the bank details for my Direct Debit only to be met with contact your administrator. From othe rposts it would appear this has been an issue for a while. Is there a known resolution date for this issue?

Hey @DaveS44,

That definitely sounds unusual. We’re not currently aware of any issues with our member center, but I’ll check with the team to see if anyone else has experienced something similar. In the meantime, could you try clearing your cache and cookies, or perhaps using a different browser, to see if that resolves the issue? If not, you can change the details over the phone by calling our billing team at 0330 1239 123.

Same issue - trying to change payment method and get the following message - "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator".

Would love some assistance and not via phone (international) on how to make changes to payment method.

yes, same for me, has been a LONG (months!) running issue, EXACTLY same message. How is it the team at Plusnet arent aware of it?Huh
its mental.

i want to CREDIT my account, but there is NO agent help online, robo agents suck [-Censored-] but AT LEAST MOST websites have them!

I am sorry to hear of the issues you have been experienced. If the member centre is not working then the only other option would be to reach out to via telephone.
