Clicking "Renew" button, 32 days before contract is due to expire

I just did this because the price seemed OK for another 18 months.

Then I noticed instead of new contract starting on April 12th, it's starting on Marth 11th.

I'm a bit concerned there's a loophole here and I will end up being double billed for March/April.  Or maybe get some kind of penalty for ending the first contract a couple of days before I'm technically allowed to end it.

Can someone reassure me?

Re: Clicking "Renew" button, 32 days before contract is due to expire

Hey @denguv,

If you have renewed your contract, there is no penalty when our systems automatically write off the old contract, so you will not be charged twice in March and April. I can see your next bill date is coming up soon. I will check your account once I am back in the office too ensure there are no issues. If there are any concerns, I will update you via an open ticket on your account.
