Compensation credit

When will my compensation be credited to my account as my next bill is due to be paid, I would rather keep my money in my bank account, Plusnet owes me more than my bill.

Hey there @Scrumpy the automatic compensation is added on to the next bill so it should be shown as a deduction on there.
