Confused

I'm confused.

My previous 18 month PN contract was due to end on 13 March. On 11 March I received a notice from PN for an out of contract bill of £45.85 to be taken "on or after 18 March".

I applied successfully on 11 March for a new 18 month PN contract: "From 12/03/2024, your monthly subscription will be £26.99 for 18 months."

Today, 18 March, PN have taken £45.85 from my bank. How does this work?

Re: Confused

The billing system hasn't caught up with your new contract yet, so its billed at the old out-of-contract price. It SHOULD sort itself out with the next bill.
