Are you able to say whether the Caller Display will continue to be provided at no extra cost?
I believe it's an OFCOM condition that all CP's (Communication providers) must provide Caller ID at no cost
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That's useful to know. Thanks for that.
I have now accepted the new deal on offer. Thank you to everyone who responded.

I hope that explanation helps, but if not just drop us another message and I'll be happy to explain further
Is that correct?
I thought that Plusnet no longer offer fixed priced contracts as inferred by the above phrasing. From the current T&Cs with no fanfare heading (so easy to miss)...
* The price for broadband, line rental, call plans and call charges will be increased each March from 2022 by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published by the Office for National Statistics in January of that year plus 3.9%. Other prices, content and terms may also change during your contract. See our CPI Plus 3.9% Guide for details.

Thanks for querying that @Townman, I was more-so clarifying that the quoted price does reflect both the Landline and Broadband components, but you are correct. CPI would still apply as per Terms and Conditions. Notably, the quoted excerpt from the end of you post is included in the contract confirmation emails we send out, just below the quoted price.

I did note that the offer was not a fixed-price contract but even with the projected increases it was still a much better deal than I was currently on.
