Contact renewal stuck

Changed my contact on the 15th as the old one was going run out. Since changing contract whenever log in to my account I'm greeted with this message. "An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress." And I'm still on the old package.

@JanetT 

You need a Plusnet staffer to confirm what is going on, but I suspect that your new contract will become active on your next billing date and that message will disappear at that time. The Plusnet system can only cope with one change at a time and that message appears whenever a change / order is pending.
