I have recently moved house and at the same time renewed my contract.
My most recent bill has a credit balance -£10.29 and bill says "Got a minus sign in front of your outstanding balance? That means you’re in credit and don’t have to make a payment"
So while I understand nothing will be taken this month, what happens to the credit balance? Will it roll over to the next bill or will I received a credit into by bank accunt? (I pay by DD)
Thanks
