Deals for fibre

Are the new deals showing for new customers only? I have been with Plusnet for a long time but when I called to ask what would be available to me, I was told it would cost me more than I am paying now. Can anyone verify this please?

@patti Yep, the 'advertised' new deals are only available to new customers - i.e. those moving from other suppliers, but I am surprised you as an existing customer can't get a better deal - I never paid full price all the time I was with PN. (9+ years)

Hi Jab1, thanks for your reply. I am surprised too, the guy I spoke to said 'what he offered me was the best he could'  ... my contract is due to expire in November. There are better deals for me with other providers.

Was this on the Customer Options/Retentions number: 0800 013 2632 ?

I'm sorry to see we haven't been able to tempt you with an offer to renew.

I'm happy to arrange a call back to see if there's absolutely else we can do for you. If you're happy with this, could you private message me a contact number we can get you on and a rough time-frame you'd be available? 

Having said that, within the last 40 days of your contract ending with us, we'll send you an end of contract reminder and in that email, we'll make you an offer that'll be our absolute best.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
