Do I really need to phone Plusnet to cease broadband and home phone?

I no longer need broadband and home phone from Plusnet and want to cease my services. I am out of contract too.

 

It seems I have to actually phone and talk to someone about this rather than just requesting it in the user control panel or such, is that really the case?

@MarcusJClifford Are you moving to a new ISP, or totally ceasing your BB and phone service? If you are moving to a new supplier - allow them to undertake the Gaining Provider Led procedure. I.E. Arrange a new contract with them, and they will arrange the cease of your PN supply.

A total cease.


I now have Starlink so don't need the copper based broadband or phone.
