End of Contract - Don't want to renew

Hi there, can anyone advise me as to whether I need to do anything when my contract ends? I don't want it to renew, as I have moved to a new flat that already has broadband. Thank you!

You need to call the Customer Options Team.

Yes, you need to cancel or you will continue to be billed at the out of contract rate. Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632.
