End the contract after 3 months

Hello,

If I decide to move to another ISP after 3 months, how long will I need to inform Plusnet? and where can I send back the Plusnet router? Thank you.

Best regards,

Ken

Re: End the contract after 3 months

Best way might be to call Plusnet. You do realise that you will have to pay an early termination penalty which is calculated as a percentage of each month of your contract? You will find details in your contract which was sent to you on joining.

@chanhk If you decide to move three months into a contract, you will be liable for Early Termination Charges' which will be rather steep.

To return the Hub, see: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/returns/

Thank you. But I do not want to terminate the Plusnet contract early. I just want to know how long I should call Plusnet that I will not use their service and where I can send back the router to them. Thank you.

Fix

If you move to another ISP, you are terminating the contract. Unless you have a new phone-line installed, you cannot have two broadband connections.
