Excellent Customer Service !!

Trying to speak to this excellent customer service but i think they wont answer ! Has anyone else been blocked?
I was booked in for the 31 st May for Full Fibre 145 to my property.The engineer came but could not connect to Fibre as there were no cables to the property. And left no full fibre!
Made a second appointment with Plusnet for the 5 th June no one turned up! (Missed appointment £29.15) for me.
Made a third appointment for the 5 th June success all working !so i make that 14 days @£5.83=£81.62 for me.
Yesterday received an email saying they had reviewed my account and found that they owed me a credit of £29.15p for Automatic compensation -Delayed provision !
No explanation for how they had come to this sum !
Please can someone help me make some sense !
if this is Excellent customer service i don’t what is!

As if by magic 2 hours posting on hear ! I thought I would try calling again and straight away got to speak with a very helpful person who agreed with my figures and credited my account !
