Final Bill Credit Refund

Hi. I closed my PN broadband account back in December and then received a final bill that showed I was in credit. Six weeks later and this credit still hasn't been refunded (I haven't cancelled the Direct Debit). Can anyone advise on how long it typically takes to receive the refund, or just how to get now this credit refund processed? Cheers.

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received a refund from the final bill. I've opened up a ticket, if you can attach a bank statement that shows between 05/01/23 - 19/01/23, this is when I expect your refund to have been sent back to you. 

 

Once the bank statement is on the ticket, I'll get it raised to our billing team to look into further. 

 

Just remember to censor any personal details and also keep a look out for DD Refund as this how it'll appear on your statement.
