Fixed price contract increase

Hello!

If anyone knows better of the T&Cs, I can’t seem to find it, please could you help?!

I am on a fixed term contract from March 2022 until March 2024. I am line only (no phone calls) and I signed up at £23 per month. It is now showing as £26.31?!

If anyone could help I’d be so grateful! I’ll post before and after screenshots in a reply to my post

Fix

@jadey1902

I can't help with the location of the Ts & Cs unfortunately, but your price increase of £3.31 is exactly 14.4% of the original £23.

That 14.4% will be in your original contract - shown as inflation + 3.9%. Inflation was 10.5% at the time the increase was calculated, (January?).

Re: Fixed price contract increase

@jadey1902 The annual price increase is covered in the price guide here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/plusnet-price-guide-for-residential-products/ refrenced from the T & C here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/terms/

It should have also been advised in the confirmation email you received when the contract started
