Hard of hearing and need email/ chat tool to contect to Plusnet support

Hello I am hard of hearing and I don't sign. So people like me need either email or chat tool to allow us access to Plusnet support as I cannot use the telephone.
Please advise, what can be done.
Many people with hearing loss or deaf don't necessarily use a BSL Interpreter, so plusnet providing this isn't a one fit solution here and they shouldn't make the assumption all people having hearing loss are BSL users!

If you have a problem, posting in the appropriate board, giving an outline of the issue without any sensitive information, will result in a response from staff. If they need sensitive/private information, they will open a ticket, which only they and you can see.

Thanks John that may be a solution to a broken system. What we need is a solution from the start such as a Private message on the onset. For example, We could could register ourselves as hard of hearing group and those registered users get email support. That what I would do and make happen, if I was high up in Plusnet.

Understand, but that is not the way it is done, and to be honest the current way works. Unless your query is account specific, posting your issue on the forums means that you can also get help from the Community, which is sometimes quicker than waiting for the small Help Team (PN staff) to respond.
