However this months bill is also higher than I expected? I can’t tell from the bill if my discounts have been applied?
I know my current contact runs out on the 28th of January (I will be renewing before 28/01) - I wouldn’t have thought 8 days out of contract billing would be £10?
Can someone please have a look and advise?

Is it possible that your accpont has been credited the overcharge from last month so that you have really been charged the out of contract rate a month early. If you read page 2 of your bill it should give you a breakdown of the charges.
Hopefully a staffer will come along and sort this for you.
For information, Plusnet seem tp prepare their bills ready for submission to banks quite early. I mention this because if you leave it until the last week or so of a contract before renewing you might find that you are charged the out of contract rate for a month. The excess charge is then credited against the subsequent bill.

I can see the refund on the bill.
I’ve tried going through the charges and discounts on page 2 of the bill, but I can’t understand what’s going on.
I’m not bothered about out of contract charges because as you say, they’ll be credited against the next bill once I’ve sorted out the new contract.
£10 just seem a bit high for 8 days out of contract!
Unless I’ve read the bill wrong.
