I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my account

[Removed]

Dear Plusnet,

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my account, as this marks my third complaint. If this matter is ignored once again, I will seek legal advice and explore options to make this situation more publicly known. I am extremely upset with the unreasonable handling of my case and demand to know how you intend to rectify this situation. Please contact me via email or letter with a clear explanation of the compensation you will offer as well.

I am at a loss to understand how such an error can persist, and I am beginning to question the integrity of your operations. It is unacceptable to ignore a customer's legitimate concerns and to continue with these erroneous deductions. I urge you to address this matter immediately and rectify the situation. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

On the 4th of December I requested for this and also left a message on your twitter here once more later then in December, but I have yet to receive a response. In September, I agreed to renew my contract for two years at a monthly rate of approximately £28 and something.

I request that you review the call records from my conversation with your representative in September of last year.

However, from September to january , I was charged incorrectly, and during our conversation in September, I was informed that the refund of £28 and something would be issued for the overpayment for last september bu i didn't get it back yet.

So unfortunately, an excessive amount has still been charged, effectively doubling the payment for five months.

Additionally, I signed up for a faster fibre line with a new contract starting in September, but the service remains inactive, despite two visits from your engineer. This situation is unacceptable and quite frustrating.

I urge you to refund all overpaid amounts, including the refund that was promised from the original September payment, without delay. Furthermore, I would like to know how you intend to compensate for the inconvenience and the additional charges incurred each month.

Please review the call records from the day of our conversation and take immediate action to resolve these issues. I would appreciate a prompt response via email.

I am deeply disappointed with the way your company has handled this matter.

Yours sincerely,

"Rather than posting [over long post] on a customer forum, you need to take up your rant with PN directly."

Something which they are perfectly entitled to do.

I would suspect this should have been moved to "Plusnet feedback", not accounts and billing.
