We recently moved house and renewed our plusnet contract, which included a Plusnet reward. When trying to claim the reward, however, the address shown on the 'My Details' page shows our old address, despite the address being the new correct one on the Broadband account details page. Please, can you help me update the address to claim the reward? Thank you!
