Initial payment

Hi, my initial payment didn’t go through yesterday, the webpage then froze so I couldn’t try again. No payment taken. I have however received a contract email and direct debit information. Will my SIM still arrive and will the bills be paid via DD now or is it completely stuck without initial payment?

I'm really sorry for the confusion, I can appreciate the hassle this will be causing.  

We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.
