Is EE looking to take on Plusnet customers who want to keep homephone

It has been the case for a while that PN will transfer you to either BT or EE foc if you want to keep an integrated internet / VOIP phone service.
However, you must organize it through PN and I believe you pay the going rate for BT / EE.

... and in doing so, the transferred Plusnet customer (on FTTC) loses their email, referrals, web hosting, etc....

... and if you are a Plusnet customer with a landline phone and ADSL broadband, Plusnet customer services also try and send you to EE and BT, only to find out that EE don't provide broadband on SoADSL, and BT don't do 'Digital Voice' on SoADSL.
Staying with Plusnet isn't an option either, because when the PSTN switch-off occurs, the ADSL connection converts to SoADSL, and Plusnet don't sell or support SoADSL services, so you will be forced to find an alternative ISP for SoADSL, losing your landline phone number, your broadband, your email, and everything else associated with the account.
