Just been scammed

Received an email saying my payment didn't go through & stupidly used the link to log into "Plusnet". Realised before I got to any bank details & tried to go change my Plusnet password quick.
Not sure if first attempt failed the pw rules but now it says my PW is incorrect so I'm assuming scammers have changed it.
Router is unplugged but PN help is closed til tomorrow. Any suggestions what to do meantime?

Problem is that the scammers will have @SimonC's email address.

If you've used the same password anywhere else you need to go and change that quickly.

.. and I can't access my emails cos they've changed the PW.
