Line Rental Charged in Error

Line Rental Charged in Error

My Contract for Unlimited Fibre Extra ends on 7th Feb 2024 for which I pay £30.88.
I have just received my latest bill and have been charged £54.39 because Line Rental has been added.
Line Rental should not be charged until my current contract ends.
Can somebody take a look to see what has gone wrong.

@Pete27 It isn't a charge for line rental. £54.39 is the out of contract price for Fibre Extra so Plusnet think your fixed term has completed so have increased the charges. What does the member centre say about you contract end date?

Thank you Claudia for your quick reponse. I'll await my refund then renew my contract, I've had problems before trying to renew while there is a problem being sorted.
