Hi I cancelled my mobile contract by requesting a PUK on 28 Feb - from speaking with the Plusnet support staff the remaining credit on my account (around £9) should have been refunded. I've not yet had that refund, can somebody at Plusnet please action this refund?

Do you mean PUK code? As far as I am aware a PUK is used to unlock a network locked phone. PAC and STAC being the cancellation codes.

Yes, I mean PUK code... I transferred my number to another provider, hence no longer having the service with PlusNet. I did speak to the support people before requesting the PUK code.
