Monthly price

My price increased after the usual yearly price hike. However, it went up again on my last bill by about £6. What's going on?

Have you checked the charge breakdown on page 2 of your invoice?

Yes, they have lowered the discount for some reason, I'm still within my contract period so not sure why this has been done.
