Moving house - no online option

I'm moving house, thought I was only on a 12 month contract but and 24 months. Have tried calling the number but every time I live called there has been a 30 minute wait on top of which I was told I would need to give my username and password. I don't give passwords out to anyone, so this isn't going to work for me...

Perhaps you were told you needed your password but you're only ever asked for two random characters, e.g. third and tenth.

At least that was the case when I last phoned many moons ago.

If the worst came to be and your p/w is needed then login to PN and change your p/w to something simple.

 

Speak to PN with the simple p/w and then go back in to change it to what you normally use.

 

However I suspeact that, as already stated, you'd only be asked for a couple of characters.

Cheers for the replies, fished out the password but after 20 mins the call hung up. Just gotta try again I guess.

As an aside, I assume you're aware you'll lose your landline (if you still have one) when you move.
