Name change on account

Hello,

I've legally changed my name and need this reflected on my account and billing, how do I do this please?

Do I need to send a copy of my statutory declaration?

@zl  when one of the Plusnet help team see this thread , they should create a 'ticket' on your account which should explain how to send the documentation. It might take a day or two as they are a bit thin on the ground at the weekend!

Thanks for reaching out over the forums, hope you're keeping well  

I'll be able to get that changed for you, all you need to do is respond to this ticket with the name you'd like your account to be updated to with any titles that may have changed.
