Need help removing content lock on mobile account

When using data I've found that some sites have been blocked from access via a content lock automatically put on my account despite me being the only user and definitely over 18.

Please can I have some assistance removing this? Can't seem to find a contact link on the Plusnet site for this category.

Aside from using a VPN I think you would need to call in to do this. That's what I did anyhow. There's no way to do it online with Plusnet Mobile AFAIK.

Call 500 from your Plusnet Mobile or 0800 079 1133.
