New Contract billing error

Hi,

I took out a new contract on 27/12/21. This was to begin on 29/12/21. On 5th Jan my bill was £8 more than renewal price.

Decided to do nothing and assumed it was due to the switching dates. Now today my bill has arrived and is £20 more than it should be. Looks like I'm getting charged the out of contract price.

Can this be looked into please?

That is a very good discount! Have you checked that this is not some other charge?

Hi

The bill should be £23.50 for broadband and line rental. The £43.50 is the cost once out of contract.

It seems to be a recurring theme for it to happen. It happened at the end of my last contract, and I ain't the only one it seems to happen to either judging by the forum
