New Customer - billing fiasco

I joined Plusnet in September and have paid my £23.75 charge on 28/9/22 after my initial payment of £25.99 in August to get started.I have now been bombarded with texts, emails and now a letter from a company called Arvato who are working on behalf of Plusnet chasing monies totalling £72.60.  This is causing me undo stress (suffice been awake since 4am worrying about it)  Due to my working hours, it is very difficult to actually phone Plusnet.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I would like someone to phone me from Plusnet today to get this sorted.

I'm really sorry to see this. I believe you've since spoken with an agent from our support team and this looks to be resolved?
