New contract not taken effect and stuck - product change in progress.

Hi there,

 

My new contract (Service Notice #625460603) should have taken effect on 02/10/2023, but it hasn't gone though.  Please can someone take a look and give it a nudge.

Hi @flanzm 

Thanks for flagging and sorry for what had happened.

I've unstuck things now and manually applied the new contract.

Let me know if there are any further issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
