New customer billing

Hi,

 

I am a new customer having transferred over today.

My online billing is showing approx £5 more a month than I agreed to.
(full fibre 900 - I agreed £37.99 - showing as £42.99)

Is this normal, or should I contact support via telephone?

I am sorry to hear that the discounts were not applied correctly I have adjusted the discounts and they will be applied on the next billing date. What I will do for you once your bill is generated will ensure it's for the correct amount.
