New router

I recently renewed my broadband contract for another 18 months. At the time I declined the new router but would like to change my mind and request a new one please. I am happy to pay the postage cost.

It may be more expedient to call Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 selecting option 1 then option 2 (If you are thinking of leaving) to discuss a new router.

Hi, I am not thinking of leaving. I am happy to stay I just changed my mind about getting a new router. Regards.
