As you have not responded to my latest complaint in over a week, I assume that we are now in deadlock.

I have registered a complaint with OFCOM regarding this.

My initial complaint was raised on 04/07/22 when a ticket was raised for this. The 8 week period to resolve this dispute will expire on 29/08/22.  

If this has not been resolved to my satisfaction before then I will be taking it to the Ombudsman ADR.

This has been marked as fixed but for two of us this is still outstanding.m do you require us to start independent posts to have this looked at?

Hi, please start independent posts as it will make the individual issues clearer as my problem was solved and will be easier to keep track of what’s been solved/what hasn’t. Thank you
