Hi guys, I signed up for Plusnet Broadband in part because they had an £80 reward card offer advertised through 'Compare the Market' as per the screenshot below.
The broadband went live on 19th March with no issues at all - very happy with the switchover and service. Only thing is that there has been no mention or emails about the reward card. I gather it could have come some time within the first month and it's been a month now? Any ideas on how to get this processed? The reward card was one of the main reasons I went with Plusnet (along with others saying they give a reliable service of course).

This is an extract from msg#11 of that thread posted by a staff member @Tina11192 ....
For completeness, it was identified that 6971 accounts eligible for the reward card were affected by a system issue and the details were not sent to Blackhawk, the incident reference is INC03349528 and we have been advised that it's in the process of being fixed and all details are being sent in batches, however, it can take up to 14 working days for this to be completed.

I have now sent an email to our Rewards Escalations team to check if your account is part of the active incident, I should be getting some response within 3 working days (the delay is due to the bank holiday in the middle unfortunately) and I will update you once I have a response, in the meantime I offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the link there - Uh yeah that looks like a complete mess. It doesn't really look like it is being resolved properly going off that thread to be honest. Maybe I just need to call in? Unless there are staff members who can help on this forum?
Honestly wouldn't have gone with Plusnet if it wasn't for this excellent offer - they have given me a good service in terms of the product, but so was my previous provider.
