No callback - renew contract

I'm currently out of contract with my broadband/call package. I managed to speak to a PN advisor yesterday, who was incredible helpful and provided some reasonable options in order to renew my contract. 

I was supposed to receive a call back today early afternoon, to discuss and finalise an offer, however, I've not heard back. 

Could someone from PN advise how to go about this?

Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and discuss it with them. This number is normally answered quite quickly.

I can't promise a call today but definitely next week. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Thanks! I actually ended up speaking with an advisor today, if I’m being honest the agent wasn’t particularly helpful. Rather than discuss options, the conversation was met with pressure to accept the offer before it ‘expires’.

I think I’ll probably seek a deal elsewhere.
