No reward card email received

My broadband went live on 4th March 2025

To date, I have not received any email confirming how to claim £110 plusnet reward card.
In the term it says the email should be received on the day that my broadband is activated.

Something does not seem right, you should receive the email up to 10 days after you go live, I am more than happy to look into this for you I have sent you a DM please can you provide me with your plusnet username.

Hi,
I am in the same boat. £110 rewards card not received. My broadband went live on the 6th March 2025 and it was confirmed that I am eligible for the reward. I was advise that I would receive an email by today at the latest. It’s now 8pm and nothing received.

I have forwarded correspondance to the back office team to ascertain the status of the gift card, we will have an update over the next 3 to 5 working days.

 

In terms of your situation @Beckycopping please can you provide us with your account username so we can apply the same to your account.

I signed up on 17 March and haven’t received an email regarding the £110 reward card that was part of my signing up, please can you advise what is going on?
