Is it possible to get offers of a re contract to get a better price or will it always just show a lesser speed offer on this tab?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks a lot for getting in touch, there's no clear explanation for this one to be honest, as different deals are offered at different times, so you might well, at some point, come across a deal which keeps you on the same broadband product.
We wouldn't offer the same product at a higher price either, so it might well be that we can't offer anything better than the deal you're currently on. I'd hang fire until the last 30 days of your contract though, where you'll receive an End of Contract Notification which will have our best available price for you.
