Have you checked the break-down of charges, on page 2 of the invoice, IIRC?

Yes I have they have charged me £17.99 line rental when it's usually -£17.99

Try calling and asking why? There is a chance a Help Team member could pick this up, but a call would probably be quicker.

@lilyroo when does your contract end ?

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
