Re: Overcharged £11.76 and Despite P'net Promising Refund They Never Send It

I have now been told that they will be issuing a cheque normally within 2 working days which probably means that I might get it around 20th June.

This is the 5th time that I have been told that my overcharge refund is processed and coming. The first 4 proved to be pure and simple lies.

It has taken 11 weeks and a great deal of correspondence to get this far for a charge that should not have been collected in the first place.

To be fair the website staff have tried & they have owned the problem but my thoughts on the rest shouldn't be posted.

You have been warned.

Re: Overcharged £11.76 and Despite P'net Promising Refund They Never Send It

The cheque has arrived today.

Thank you to the helpful internet team who managed to sort this after a total shambles and a pack of lies and fake promises from the telephone teams.

I realise that employees work within the rules of the organisation but those surely need revising for telephone help.

As I am now with ZEN I hope that this is the end.
