Overcharged 2 months after new package - Promotional discount not applied

Hi all,

I went out of contract a couple of months ago in June and renewed a new Full Fibre 74 package at a rate of £37.03, discounted to £25.50 for the first 24 months (see attached image). My August bill came in earlier this month and it appears I've been billed the full amount of £37.03 for this month with no info anywhere on the Member Centre about the agreed promotional discount.

I would really appreciate any help or insight into how to correct this and claim my money back. If any other info would be helpful to provide, please let me know.

 @RossP9 sorry about the billing issues, I have added the correct discount but I need you to reply back to the text to let us know whether you want it refunded or credited against the account.
