Last August I agreed on the phone that I would be charged 36.75 per month and be sent a £75 cashback card.
My account shows I am being charged £38 per month and I never recieved any email for a cashback card. What is the point of making these deals on the phone if they are not honoured....

Hi @Gerrywdean I've looked at the breakdown of your contract and the monthly price is around [Redacted] a month. You're being billed correctly. I'm not seeing anything on your account regarding the cashback, was this something that was agreed on the call, or was this an offer you saw online?

This was agreed on the phone. I spoke to [CSA Removed] on 09/08/2023 who agreed £36.75 pm + £75 cashback card.

There was a price increase in March due to CPI and this will be the difference you are seeing.
In regards to the reward card, I can look into this for you, can you PM me the number you called from.

The contract was agreed in august last year. There has been no month of march between then and now. We have never been charged the agreed amount.
