Overcharged on two bills.

Hi there, i have just checked my account and i seem to of been overcharged on two bills.
my services should be approx £41 a month total and on 2nd June i was charged £64.23. 
and also on 2nd April i was charged £57.40.

 

Would it please be possible to get some help with this?

i have attached a screen shot of my past bills.

Have you looked at the breakdown of the high bills to see what the additional charges are ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi, it looks like i have been charged full price for my broadband and line rental etc.

i renewed my contract on the 26th Feb 2024. (24 month contract) and total charges should be £35.75. 
i know prices have gone up slightly since then but i am very confused as to why this has happened?

 

any help would be appreciated.

It can sometimes take a little time for the new contract discounts to take effect , so that may explain the April bill but  but the June one. I suggest you call customer services for an explanation

There's no email. Staff do monitor this forum but they're a bit thin on the ground at the moment so it may take some time for them to spot this.

Hi @jgl22 I can see you've managed to call in yesterday and got this resolved. As @MisterW advised we're a little thin at the moment with Staff on the Forums, however, any more issues please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

Hi Claudia,

Yes I called last night so it should be all sorted now. There was basically a problem with my discounts being applied correctly so I was being billed full price for everything. 

Just waiting for my refunds to come through now and should be all good.
