P&P charge should not be on renewal

My account is due for renewal soon, but the precontract information shows a one-time charge for postage and packing. That charge should not exist as the renewal is online only.

How do I get the charge removed... and stop being applied to more online renewals

One-off charges P&P fee £6.99

@joe_yeoman Can you provide a screenshot showing this - as you say, it would only apply if you opted for a new/replacement Hub.

Re: P&P charge should not be on renewal

@joe_yeoman   it is the charge for the new router. It does not matter it was an online renewal, it is just the standard new router charge.

Fix

And to follow from @Mustrum 's post, if you don't need/want one, then it will not apply.

Click the "change this" link to remove the Hub Two from your order.

There is no obligation to use Plusnet's free Hub Two router, but if YOU chose to do so, there is a P&P fee.
