So i go to Plusnet to change the way i pay... on any other website, you can make a payment, put your account in credit etc.
Nope, box is greyed out for some reason. I cant put my account in credit..
Odd i think, but ok.
Then I go to "change payment option" but again, no, up comes an error message about "system admins" or some such..
I end up here, because, unlike every other site in the universe it seems, Plusnet dont have any online chat agents.
No one loves a robo agent, but AT LEAST, its an in to a chat agent, you'd hope.
I ask...
Plusnet, why is it SO HARD to pay you upfront? Why is it so hard to actually contact ANYONE (robot OR human) on your site?
Again, this is me asking to GIVE you my cash BEFORE I owe it you.
it seems VERY counter intuative... and not very customer orientated.
Can you please get in touch and help me change my payment?
or sort it online?
(i have your number thanks, they told me to "do it online" so , no, the phone line isnt any better) cheers..

Hey @redfire12,
For Plusnet, there isn't an option to pay in advance that puts a credit on your account If a bill is generated and the payment fails, the 'make a payment' button in the Member Centre will become active, allowing you to make the payment online.
