Hi,
I rang up plusnet customer services a few weeks ago, i am having major problems with my credit score. I can't recall why but this is a missed payment of £34 from August 2019 and this payment has flagged up every month since. The agent i spoke to had said they were no records of this on their system. He only advised that the debt had possibly been passed on to a company called Avarta (can't find them on google). At this current point it seems there no way i can chase this payment to get it settled allowing my credit score to recover.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
