Plusnet billing me after my contract ended.

My contract finished with Plusnet on 29 September. It was switched over to Vodafone
My last bill should have been up until 29 Sept, but I was billed until the 2nd October and charged an extra £3. I couldnt be bothered to argue with Plustnet over that.
Now I've been billed again for the month of October for £19.46 .
My broadband is paid for in advance and I dont use the phone. What makes it worse is I cannot see the bill because I'm unable to log into my account.

Try calling them - 0800 432 0200 (08:00-20:00)
8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday

I have, I don't have time to wait 30-40 mins for them to answer.

What makes it worse is I cannot see the bill because I'm unable to log into my account.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

To confirm, you should be able to login. I left PlusNet over a month ago and I can still log in to see bills. I've just this second tried it (using the Edge browser) and can see my bills - the last one was a pro-rata refund.

Bills run in a cycle, just cos you moved on Friday it takes time to calculate your final bill and stop your regular bills - up to 28 days I think.
So give the process time to work and don’t cancel your DD until after the final bill has returned any excess funds due to you.

Managed to get hold of them. They (or the system) omitted to close my account.

So, after acknowledging they forgot to close my account, and confirming such in several emails. AND advising me to cancel any DD.
My next bill will be ready for 25 October.
Seriously, is it that difficult?
