Plusnet subscription still active after transfer to Sky

Plusnet subscription still active after transfer to Sky

I transferred to my regular broadband and line rental to Sky Full Fiber and got a letter from Plusnet saying that my service with them would be cancelled on 16th Aug (the changeover date) and that I didn't need to take any action.
However, my Plusnet plan has not been cancelled and my user account is saying my next PN bill is due in September -- I hope a member of admin / moderator will see this and help!
