Promised reward card incentive has not been received

Still not received my card either no email was promised an £80 reward but nothing signed up last month

Same for me. A general search said it should be sent through to the email that you registered with Plusnet when placing the order, within 10 working days of your broadband activation date. That 10 working days for me ends today and I’ve had nothing through, I’ve checked spam and junk folders etc

I have checked and can see you have raised a complaint with another department therefore I shall leave this in their capable hands.

Hi, I'm also the same i was told 30 days after it's been activated and the second bill had gone out which was Sunday, however not received anything yet could this be looked into, I have had no issue with service so far which is great.

Seems to be lots of conflicting information around this, 10 days, 30 days, six weeks...

Hi @Mrvarnz  thanks for getting in touch, I have raised this off to our rewards escalation team to confirm if your account was affected by the same incident that was identified 2 weeks ago.

 

For completeness, as of 08/04/2025 it has been identified that 6971 accounts have been affected by INC03349528 and as a result have not received their claim email/cashback reward.

 

The fix has been implemented:

 

  • A cleanup is now underway and accounts that have not received their email/reward will have their data resubmitted to Blackhawk.
  • The data will be sent in batches and this will be happening throughout this week due to the large volume of accounts that have been affected.

You should expect your claiming email within the next few weeks, please keep an eye out on your email inbox for the claiming email coming from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com, you can also search for PureCard or BlackHawk on your search bar in case it has gone into spam/junk folder.

 

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and we want to reassure you that we are working hard to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
