Recontract started in January, but still being charged 'out of contract price'

My contract was due to end on Feb 18th, I re-contracted on January 15th.
My latest bill shows the charge as being the 'out of contract price' £47.54 rather than £23.99 of the new contract.
@Gandalf Could this please be fixed before the payment date of 27th Feb. My account username is the same as the forum username.

This happens frequently, including to myself. It's a favourite trick of Plusnet's computer gremlins. Gandalf works very hard but not even his magical powers enable him to monitor this forum non-stop as well as his other duties, so I suggest you phone PN right away so this can be fixed before your DD is taken.

Thanks for reaching out over the forums, I can see that you've chosen to upgrade to Full Fibre which is great to hear!
An engineer is needed to come out so the installation can be complete which is set to take place on the 13 Mar 2023 between 8AM & 1PM. Once the engineer has completed their work, your account will then update to the new contract.

@csmith94 Does this mean, that the new contract hasn't started yet and Februarys payment will be the out of contract price, around £47.54?
My account shows the contract as:
Start date 15th Jan 2023
End date 14th Jan 2025
