Removing phone line call package (on-line) from an account.

Out-of-contract account.
I removed a call package from the account.
Automagically the account has been signed up to an "in-contract" deal. I thought (possibly erroneously) that removal of a call package wouldn't have had this effect.
Obviously this does affect billing.

Changing a call plan shouldn't affect (in your case) the contract length (the same applies for any discounts applied to your account)
I recall this happening in the past where their system incorrectly forces a new contract in error.
Hopefully a staff member will see your post and rectify this
